What an excellent design dude! Nice job on the accessories and the minute details - hair clip, belts and shoe design. I'd love to comment on digressing from the normal genre of drawing european looking women.
You are probably right, the breasts are high. They are being boosted up, perhaps too much by the corset. I would like to do another detail pass on this some time and define some shapes further, and when I do, ill drop em down a notch, and perhaps inflate them a bit for the hell of it:)
