Edits to yesterdays post. What should I put in her hands? Does she appear to be walking or is that in my head. Hard to find good reference of someone mid-step.


Still experimenting with coloring. Learning how to use the brushes. Not really sure where this one is going, but she kind of turned into a ski bunny. Maybe she should be more of an astronaut.

Hot and Mean

Working on this new derby poster. Concept has been approved. Will add more fists and skates here and there, but this client is always asking me to make them more mean. Any advice for drawing mean women, without making them look haggard or manly? Achieve mean/cute balance?

Derby Power

I'm experimenting with a new technique to make my digital stuff look more painterly. Anyhow, hope this isn't too radical for Nocturnal. It's more poster art than game concept, but any thoughts on color, technique, poses?
