My first attempt at oils. It's been over 12 hours and the paint is still wet. But it's ridiculously fun, can't wait for tonight to work on it some more. I took a picture of my still life so I can work on it whenever without the light changing.

That is so fun! Man you are nailing the lighting quality, those tiles are beaming light, looks good! Havn't done an oil in 2 years. bet its still wet
yeah putting that white in there is pretty tough. im using oils like acrylic where i just paint on top of everything, but i guess that's not a good way to go as the oils underneath are still wet!!

Wow man this is not to bad for oils. yeah you on a good way for the lighting.Maybe some more blues to push it back, give more depth?
